Who we are
The360School is operated by Aerimak Business Solutions Private Limited, India ("we", "us", or "our"). We are responsible for deciding how personal information is used for The360School.
This policy covers our public website at the360school.com and The360School account and learning services. It describes information handled when you visit, create an account, use an available feature, or contact us. Some features may be offered only in a preview or may not yet be available.
For privacy questions or requests, email aerimak73@gmail.com with "The360School privacy" in the subject.
Information we handle
- Account information: your email address, account identifier, authentication records, and any name or profile image supplied by your sign-in provider. If you choose email and password sign-in, our authentication provider processes the password to authenticate you.
- Learning information: lesson progress, saved items, and preferences when you use those features. Some learning information is saved on your device; information submitted through a connected account feature may also be stored with our service.
- Information you contribute: profile details, lessons, questions, answers, group contributions, or mentor requests that you choose to submit through an available feature. Avoid sharing another person's private information without permission.
- Support correspondence: your email address and the information you include when you contact us.
- Technical information: hosting and authentication services may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and error or security events to deliver and protect the service.
You can read the public website and this policy without an account. Account information is needed for sign-in and features that depend on an account. Optional profile information and contributions are your choice.
When you sign in with Google
If you select "Continue with Google", Google shares basic account information with our authentication service after you authorize the sign-in. This can include your Google account identifier, email address and its verification status, name, and profile photo.
We use this information to create or recognize your The360School account, sign you in, and provide account/profile functionality. The sign-in integration requests basic identity, email, and profile permissions (openid, userinfo.email, and userinfo.profile). It does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, or calendar. We do not receive your Google password.
Supabase processes the sign-in and stores the account and identity information for us. Authentication tokens and account details may be stored in your browser or on your device to maintain your session. Provider tokens can be included in the sign-in response; the current integration does not use them to access additional Google services.
Google sign-in information is used for these account functions and is shared with the service providers needed to operate them, or where disclosure is legally required.
You can remove The360School's Google connection from your Google Account connections. Removing the connection stops that authorization; it does not itself delete information already held in your The360School account. To request account deletion, follow Your choices and rights below. Google's own handling of your Google Account is described in Google's privacy policy.
Why we use information
Where the GDPR applies, the following purposes and legal bases apply:
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Provide your account, sign-in, and the learning or community features you request. | Performance of our service agreement with you, or steps you request before entering it. |
| Deliver the website, keep services reliable, investigate errors, and prevent misuse. | Our legitimate interests in operating a secure, usable service, balanced against your rights. |
| Respond to questions and support requests. | Performance of our service agreement where relevant; otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry. |
| Respond to legally required requests and comply with applicable obligations. | Compliance with a legal obligation. |
| Carry out optional processing for which we specifically ask permission. | Your consent, which you can withdraw. |
The current sign-in and learning service does not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Storage and security
Cookies and browser storage
This public website does not load advertising or analytics scripts and does not set application cookies or use browser storage. Hosting providers may process technical requests or use security-related mechanisms. In the web app, browser storage is used for sign-in sessions and learning preferences or progress. Clearing site data can sign you out and remove information held only on that device; it does not delete your server-side account.
Where information is processed
The operator is based in India, and our service providers operate internationally. Information may therefore be processed outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area or United Kingdom. Where applicable law requires safeguards for a transfer, those safeguards must apply, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual clauses. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your data or to request a copy of applicable safeguards.
Protecting information
We use measures such as encrypted connections, authenticated access, and database access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please protect your sign-in account and avoid including passwords or authentication codes in support messages.
How long we keep information
Retention depends on the purpose and type of information:
- Account and associated information: retained while needed to provide your account and the features you use. You can request deletion at any time.
- Device-only information: retained until it is changed, removed by the app, or cleared from your browser or device.
- Support correspondence: retained while resolving the request and for necessary follow-up, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
- Technical and security records: retained for the period needed to troubleshoot failures, investigate abuse, and protect the service, subject to the relevant provider's retention settings.
When handling a deletion request, we consider any information that must be kept for an applicable legal obligation, security investigation, or legal claim. Retained information is limited to that purpose. Backup copies may remain until the applicable backup rotation removes them; deletion is not necessarily immediate across every backup. We can explain relevant retention criteria when you contact us.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or a portable copy. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Request your data or delete your account
Email aerimak73@gmail.com, preferably from the address associated with your The360School account. Tell us whether you want access, correction, or deletion. We may request proportionate information to verify that the account belongs to you.
Signing out, clearing browser storage, or disconnecting Google does not replace an account deletion request.
We will handle requests within the time limits required by applicable law and explain any applicable exception. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. If you are in the EU/EEA, this may be the authority in the country where you live, work, or believe an infringement occurred. You can find contact details in the European Data Protection Board's directory.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes to how we use personal information will be communicated as required by applicable law. Before using Google user data for a new purpose, we will disclose that purpose and obtain your consent. Additional features, including any future recording or transcription, may require additional information and choices before you use them.
